The beautiful Paris apartment is located next to the Place Denfert Rochereau, which is deep in the left bank in a highly residential neighborhood. There are several famous market streets a few feet away from this Parisian apartment. It is approximately a 10 minute walk south of Luxembourg Gardens and Montparnasse. The square Denfert Rochereau was created in 1784 on the property belonging to the tax collectors of the epic, the 2 pavillions of Ledoux. In the center of the square, the replica of the lion sculpted by Bartholdi at Belfort commemorates his victory.

The dining area is spacious enough for four and has been nicely decorated with many personal touches. You'll have fun enjoying your meals in this wonderful Parisian apartment.

The living room has been tastefully furnished with a number of antiques and the owner's personal items.  There is a large Parisian window overlooking the quiet sidestreet in front of the building. Every room in this apartment has great sunlight.
