This apartment is on the second floor of a typical Marais building. The apartment faces the famous Rue Beaubourg, which bustles with Paris life. Large double glazed windows provide lots of lights and views on the urban activity while keeping the setting fairly peaceful. The apartment has been entirely renovated recently and has a central Air conditioning unit. Very clean contemporary furnishings which mix well with the old fashioned aspects of this Parisian building located in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Paris. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has a twin bed, and the living room has a two person sleeper sofa. There is a beautiful stylish bathroom with a full shower and a washing machine/dryer, a full open kitchen with everything you'll need, cable tv, high speed DSL internet access and telephone service (including calls to the US, Canada, Australia, and most European countries), and a dining area.
