This top floor, spacious bright one bedroom apartment is located a few feet from St. Germain des Pres, on the beautiful Rue du Dragon.  In the heart of the Quintessential St. Germain des Pres neighborhood, this location has everything for first time visitors to Paris.  From the windows of the apartment you even have a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower and the Pantheon.

This apartment is on the 7th floor of a historic, yet redone building.  It has an elevator to the 5th floor, and then 2 flights of stairs.  The apartment has a number of windows with pretty views in all directions, including a view of the Eiffel Tower and one of the Pantheon in the distance.  The apartment is air conditioned, very quiet and bright and comfortable.  Entirely redone, this comfortable apartment has a queen size bed in the bedroom, lots of closets, a one person rollaway bed in the living room, cable tv, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine/dryer and a dishwasher, a bright, modern bathroom with a full bathtub and hanging shower head, telephone service including phone calls to the US, Canada, Australia, most European countries, Israel, China and Japan, DSL (WiFi) internet access, TV (with cable) and a stereo system. Sleeps up to 3 people.

The living room and dining room areas are next to the entrance of the apartment.  There is enough room for dinner for four, and the couch is very comfortable for watching television after dinner.  
There is a one person rollaway bed for a third person in the living room.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove-top, microwave, washing machine/dryer and a coffee maker.

The bathroom is immaculate with a large basin for getting ready and ample storage space.  There is a bathtub with a full shower that offers guests great views of the Eiffel Tower.
