The building is located in the historically classed Marais district with many museums and monuments as your neighbors.  This Paris apartment located in an 18th century Marais building. The large Parisian windows are wonderful. The apartment faces a small side street in the Marais with views of the Rue de Rivoli, and the inner courtyard of this nice building in the heart of the Marais district.

The living room has a nice sitting area with a comfortable two person sofa, and an expandable dining room table that can be used for up to four people. There is a decorative fireplace (non functioning). This custom made top quality sofa converts into a queen size sleeper sofa. A comfortable firm mattress was specially ordered for this custom made sleeper sofa which will ensure a good night's sleep.

The studio's main room has two large Parisian windows which provide excellent sunlight. Restored oak wood floors and moldings on the ceilings are very Parisian and add to the apartment's charm and character.
